Chilliwack Mountain View Counselling bills directly to the First Nation Health Authority (FNHA), Medavie Blue Cross (including Veteran Affairs Canada (VAC) clients, RCMP, and Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) who have been previously approved through their respective agencies), and the Non-Insured Health Benefits Program (NIHB) for non-insured First Nations and Inuit.
